Vutility Chirpstack systems will be under maintenance on July 8th 2pm MDT. The ability to onboard sensors and gateways into the Vutility managed application servers will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance, approximately 1 hour. In the event of maintenance failing sensor data may be impacted for up to 2 hours. What systems are affected? Vutility managed Chirpstack systems. Requests to https://api-public.vutility.io/api/resources-management/application-servers Who is affected? Customers who use Vutility managed Chirpstack (application-servers api) Customers or installers who are attempting to onboard new sensors or gateways into Vutility managed Chirpstack (application-servers api) What if my sensors are impacted? Visit https://status.vutility.io for updates. If your sensors have not sent data in over 2 hours following this maintenance, please contact support@vutility.com
